The foundation piling ceremony is scheduled for July 18, following the announcement of a strategic partnership with EQuest Education Group. On the same day, the developer will also introduce the second show house in its Bespoke Collection – Phu My Hung Lifestyle portfolio.
According to the developer, the simultaneous launch of the education partnership, school construction, and new show house reflects its phased approach to developing residential areas, social infrastructure, and community amenities in parallel.

According to a representative of the developer, developing educational facilities from the early stages is part of the company’s approach to building Hong Hac City as an integrated urban township, where schools and other community infrastructure are developed alongside residential areas.
The company said this planning approach has guided its urban developments for more than three decades and is intended to support the formation of residential communities with access to essential services from the outset.
The partnership with EQuest Education Group will support the establishment of the education system at Hong Hac City. EQuest operates a network of schools and educational programs across multiple academic levels in Vietnam.

According to the developer’s representative, implementing school construction alongside residential development aims to progressively realize the vision of making Hong Hac City a human- and youth-centric urban township. In this model, education is not merely an amenity, but the very foundation for fostering a community and cultivating a sustainable, long-term living environment.
This orientation is part of the developer’s master plan to build Hong Hac City as an “all-in-one” township featuring a fully integrated ecosystem of education, culture, healthcare, retail, and entertainment. According to the company, the project is being executed using a phased development strategy, gradually completing the township’s various components. “A phased development strategy requires long-term planning, financial resources, and urban development expertise to ensure infrastructure, amenities, and residential products are delivered in a coordinated manner throughout each stage of the project,” the company representative said.

Alongside the development of community infrastructure, the developer will also introduce the second show house in its Bespoke Collection – Phu My Hung Lifestyle portfolio.
While the first show house featured a modern Indochine concept combining traditional and contemporary design elements, the latest model adopts a Contemporary Zen style, offering buyers an additional interior design option.
According to the developer, the Bespoke Collection consists of fully finished houses designed for immediate occupancy while maintaining consistent design and construction standards.
The houses are also intended to meet demand from expatriates and international professionals working in Bac Ninh and surrounding industrial and high-tech areas.
Hong Hac City is jointly developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation, the developer of the Phu My Hung urban area in Ho Chi Minh City, and Nomura Real Estate Vietnam, a subsidiary of Japan’s Nomura Group. The project’s legal entity is VietinBank Trade Union Investment Joint Stock Company (VTU).
According to the developer, the education partnership, school construction, and launch of additional completed-house options are part of the ongoing development of Hong Hac City’s planned urban infrastructure and residential environment.
